We currently ship to all governorates within Egypt through our courier partner, Bosta.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You will receive a confirmation call or message before your order is dispatched.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days depending on your location, with major cities typically receiving orders faster than remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the courier's operations.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

Cash on Delivery
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Egypt. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier upon delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via WhatsApp or phone call from our courier partner.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to reach you or complete delivery after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to us. Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
