These Terms of Service govern your use of the Cozyfur website (cozyfur.net) and your purchase of any products through it. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. General
Cozyfur reserves the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Products and Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time, even after an order has been placed. Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders and Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Egypt. By placing an order, you confirm that the shipping information provided is accurate and that you or an authorized recipient will be available to receive and pay for the order upon delivery.

4. Shipping
Orders are shipped via our courier partner, Bosta, to addresses within Egypt. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Cozyfur is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, available separately on this site.

6. Product Use and Safety
Our fur ball products are intended for decorative and play use as described on each product page. Products with an internal bell are designed with sensory play in mind; please review age recommendations on the product page before purchasing for young children. Always supervise young children during play.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including but not limited to the Cozyfur name, logo, images, and product descriptions, is the property of Cozyfur and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
Cozyfur is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
